How to Contact Technikole Consulting Support

We're here when you need help or have a question.  We offer a variety of ways for both prospective customers and current clients to obtain Technikole Support through our helpdesk solution.


Here’s how to reach us:

  1. Through the Portal
    Log in to our customer portal and navigate to the "Support" section. From there, you can create a new ticket, check the status of current tickets, and see any responses from our team.  First time requesters will need to create an account.

  2. By Email
    Send us an email at support@technikole.com, and our team will respond within 24 hours*.

  3. Directly in Your Ticket
    If you already have an open ticket, you can reply directly to the email you received and your ticket will be updated. To keep track of multiple tickets we provide the customer support portal. Login and choose  “My Tickets,” and to add any additional details.

  4. Live Chat (Premium)
    Look for the chat icon on our portal for real-time support during business hours. (requires subscription)
